Estonian Civil Aviation Security Programme

The Estonian Civil Aviation Security Programme (here after ECASP) was established on May the 26th 2006 by the precept No 1-1-26/06/8 of the Director General of Estonian Civil Aviation Administration. The aim of the ECASP is to safeguard civil aviation operations against acts of unlawful interference by establishing regulations, practices and procedures which take into account the safety, regularity and efficiency of flights.
The ECASP is distributed to the involved parties upon request strictly on need-to-know basis. For further information please contact the Aviation Security Department of Estonian Civil Aviation Administration.
