Aviation security related information for passengers and air passenger rights

While packing your luggage, please make sure the goods or substances you are taking with you are permitted to be taken on board aircraft. Corresponding information is available on the ticket issued to you and on websites of air carriers and airports. We would like to draw your attention to fact that your air carrier may impose stricter requirements than listed below. Also the requirements of the airport of departure and destination may vary.

It is prohibited to take into the aircraft cabin any objects that may endanger the aircraft, passengers or the crew. Your luggage shall not contain any inflammable, explosive, corrosive, poisonous or otherwise dangerous goods or substances.

We would like to draw your attention to the following:

Pack your own luggage;
Never agree to carry anything on board or in your luggage for someone else, no matter how sincerely you wish to help;
Make sure you know the content of your luggage to ensure it does not consist any prohibited goods or substances;
Never leave your baggage unattended

Third country airports listed by the European Commission

According to the Regulation (EC) No 358/2010 of 23 April 2010 of the European Commission, exemptions may be granted towards liquids obtained from outlets located in an airside area beyond the point where boarding passes are controlled or in a security restricted area in one of the following third country airports if the tamper-evident bag in which the liquid is placed displays satisfactory proof of purchase on airside at the specific airport within the preceding thirty-six hours.

Currently the exemption is applicable to the following airports:

— Canada:
All international airports

— Republic of Croatia:
Dubrovnik (DBV) airport
Pula (PUY) airport
Rijeka (RJK) airport
Split (SPU) airport
Zadar (ZAD) airport
Zagreb (ZAG) airport

— Malaysia
Kuala Lumpur International (KUL) airport

— Republic of Singapore:
Changi (SIN) airport

— United States of America
All international airports
