Application of EU regulations on Flight Crew Licensing (FCL)

Regulations No 1178/2011 and No 290/2012 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to civil aviation aircrew pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council will apply in the European Union starting from 8 April 2012.
Under Article 12 of the Regulation No 1178/2012 and Article 2 of the Regulation No 290/2012 the member states of the EU may decide not to apply the provisions of Annexes I to VII to the Regulations until 8 April 2013. On this basis, Annexes I to VII  will not be applied in Estonia until 8 April 2013. Relevant official decision and details on the application of the requirements of the above mentioned regulations will follow at the earliest possibility.
