EU-OPS becomes applicable on July 16

Operators holding an AOC from an EU Member State will need to update their current Operations Manual and other operational documentation material, following the adoption and implementation of the revised Regulation 3922/91 (as amended by regulations 1899/2006 and 8/2008), to be compliant with Annex III (EU OPS) as of 16 July 2008, when EU-OPS becomes directly applicable law in all Member States.
